evicted due to no heat and mold

By evicted

I was evicted and have to move today because landlord didn’t want to clean up mold and has not provided heat in the house for 6 months and the judge allowed the eviction to go forward, I had to agree to move out by midnight tonight to avoid sheriff coming and evicting me day of court last week, is there a way that I can sue him for this the judge did leave the o ption open for either party in lawsuit to file for damages

I live in Kalama, washington

That’s just awful, I totally understand where you are coming from and I definitely think that filing a formal complaint against your landlord will be the best course of action in this scenario. I previously had a problem with my landlord too, he didn’t want to fix the heating in the house I was living in and I had to file a formal complaint to the RPA. They were very helpful and maybe they can help you out with this problem as well.
