what can I do now??

i moved into this place because i was a victim of domestic abuse and ran away to another state when i was twenty one weeks pregnant and all by myself. the rent was and is five hundred for a two bedroom duplex. it is month to month. so this is what happened. i had to build a fence since i had a dog. the landlord told me that whatever i did with his approval he would pay for the material and took reciepts. i cleared out the backyard since it was three foot weeds. he would walk onto property unannounced saying he wa working on yard. i told him that i would do it. he lives in other half. the house was infested with ants and coming in a stream through upstairs light socket and getting into my infants formula. i told him and he told me to set up traps and that it was like that when he got the place. i went crazy and filled in cracks in garage which were entry points. i insulated unfinished outer garage wall as the place got soooo cold. he paid for material. i noticed termites and he told me to buy spray and to do it myself and he paid for spray. the seal on the fridge broke away and all of the door railings and he didnt replace fridge until three yrs later when i said i was going to buy one. he got me a new dryer only after i told him ten times it takes ninety minute to dry clothes and it is ruining my stuff.he said he would pay for me to landscape backyard and then didnt pay formaterial after i did the work. the electrical went ut for the lights in the kitchen and he isnt fixing and its been four months. and now he is being or was inappropriate sexually to me. seem i have severe adhd and ptsd and havent been right mentally to know what to do about this as i have been only to focus on my baby and school. and i wanted to leave several times but i cant afford it at all. i have decided to move after sexual stuff and telling me he has been checking me out. i gave two weeks notice because i have been raped recently and have to get away from landlord now for my own paranoia. he said he would buy my furniture so i got movers to come in a week. five days before the move he tells me he isnt going to buy and now i had to deal with getting rid of stuff. i dont feel safem i am mentally distressedm and i feel taken advantage f due to my situation and mental health. i called an electritian and he said the electrical is a big fire hazard and he is putting mine and my son in dangerbbbcan i get legal help two days before i move and get compensation for the neglect to make the house safev
