PLEASE HELP! Bed Bugs and More!

My name is Flo. I am 19 years old and just moved out of my parents house in February:] It’s now the beggining of June and i feel like I’m doing pretty well on my own! I moved into my apartment complex on the 9th day of it being officially open. Brand new apartments seemed like a great choice for me, considering all of the horror stories I had heard about used homes. I never thought I would have a trrible exprienece in a place as nice as this. I will sum up my problems so no one has to read a life story. Bed Bugs and Unauthorized entrys, one while I was naked:[ I will be happy to further explain the stories to anyone who thinks they may have some helpful advice. I have a 12 month lease here but I need to leave before I have an emotional break down:[ My apartment was treated for bed bugs, was sniffed by a dog and given the "all clear" and I woke up with one on my blanket today.. They want me to pay $2800 so far, and if I got another heat treatment it would bring it up even more!! I have one min wage job.. I need help. ADVICE! ANYONE!!
