What can I do about trying landlord?

I can’t stand  my landlord!  He seems to be doing things, just to make me mad.  Does anybody know how to deal with a landlord that is trying to make me mad on purpose.  The guy goes out of his way to annoy me.  Now its getting really old.  Just looking for some real world advice on dealing with this landlord.

Here’s my advice… do something about your landlord problem.  If you do nothing, nothing will happen and you landlord will continue to bug you.   You can start by talking with him, but if that doesn’t work you will probably need to take it to the next level and file a complaint.
