Balance Due Letter

My property send me a "final accounting statement" and then 2 weeks later, sent a new one with a higher amount.  Is this legal?

Hi, I think that best way to understand why those were the charges is to talk to your landlord. This way they can discuss the reason behind it and give you to opportunity to understand your own properties. However, if indeed the company increased their rent from the one stated on the lease and you didn’t agree to this change then you may break the lease because your landlord has violated it.
