can the property manager do this?

hi i have been living in my apartment for 32yrs and i have had the same down stairs neighbors all my life and my next door neighbors for about 15yrs. Last friday i had a family gathering and was playing some music at a decent volume next thing i know the property manager knocked on my door almost knocking it down and when i responded he was very rude and obnoxious and disrespectful, threatning to get me evicted he said that what i was doing was aginst the law and that he was gonna take me to court he also told me he had never lost an eviction. After leaving my apartment he proceeded to call the cops on us and file a complaint. Today i recieved a letter sating the incident and how they were gonna terminate my lease if i didn’t comply with the rules and stating that they want to have a meeting with me to have the issue resolved. The day after my gathering i proceeded to ask my neighbors if my music disturbed them? if they had trouble sleeping or any other kind of problems due to my gathering and all the neighbors on my perimeter told me they weren’t even aware i had a gathering. what i would like to know is what kind of legal action can he take against us and if he can get us evicted for that matter? i would also like to know if i can take any kind of legal action against him for threatning me? im not the first tenant he does this to he is extremely disrespectful.
