oh my gosh!!!!!

What can i do in west virginia if i have moved into a roach infested mobile home? When we went and looked at the place it looked really nice, but after we said we would take it and gave the rent and security deposit it was all bad from there….. the first day after we got the keys my fiance walked through the kitchen and found a hole in the floor so we said okay not bad we told landlord we would fix it if he bought material and took money offf the rent he agreed so the following day he ripped up the linolium and ended up the hole floor needed replaced so he did it. after that was all said and done we got all our stuff moved in the next day, well we got our kids in bed that night and was about to go to bed ourselves and we saw little bugs crawling on the floor we stepped on them and thought nothing of it then we happened to just look around before we went to bed and suddenly realiized we had a major problem there were roaches coming out of every where im not talking hundreds i mean thousands…. we ran to our kids bedroom and found roaches crawling on my lil boys bed we were furious!!!! we ended up leaving for the night called our landlord in the morning and he set off foggers later that night we came in the next morning  and there were alot dead but alot were still alive and he said all he would do is set off more foggers…. What can we do? We want to move our stuff out and just get out of it but we dont know if we can get all of our money back… And now our furniture is prob. ruined wont the roaches stay in the stuff and just invade some where new that we move too? please help really need advice
