problem with landlord fixing leaks and moldy drywall

       We have been renting a apartment for 4 months now pay on time. a month after we moved in windows starting
leaking, called landlord he would come chaulk a few things but still leaking. My husband being a construction working 
found where the problem was told landlord and still he would come just to chaulk a few more things. I would call him everytime it rained and he would say he just don’t know what the problem is. The last time it leaked we called him he 
again chaulked a few more things, my husband wasn’t satisfied told one of the other landlords and he told my husband if he didn’t like how they fixed things we could move! We have 3 children they can’t go to their room to sleep or play because 2 weeks ago the landlord did have someone come in and find out what the problem was(it was what my husband has been
telling them from the start). A guy came in and removed drywall moldy at that and all he kept saying was I hope I don’t get sick from all this mold.  To this day we have no blinds in front window can’t hang curtains because there is no support wall for them he removed them and part of the wall where my window is in the girls room and was told we shouldn’t go in there
to wait for rotted wood to dry and they would be back to spray stuff to kill mold. It has been 2 weeks almost and no one has shown up to do anything are landlord told us they would be here todayJuly 14,2011 and yet no one has called. We call him he just tells us they will be here on a certain day and no one comes. My family now has a wierd cough and we called the health department no one can make it out til they get back from vacation on July 18th. HELP!
