problems

I am a renter in new york. I am having problems with my landlord because there are multiple issues. One of the problems we had (since winter is still around) they wouldnt turn on heating until someone came to one of the other apartments. The heat is controlled in the apartment next door and our house would be freezing. I started developing cough because of the cold. and its been 5 weeks my cough is still here. Another complaint is we only have hot showers available either early in the morning or in the afternoon when no one is home. Sometimes we have to take a cold shower because there is no hot water. Recent complaint is our lock suddenly stopped working. We cant lock the door from the outside and now has been 3 weeks. My landlord sent a contractor to fix it and he said the door and frame had to be replaced. Well its been 2 weeks since then and my landlord states he’s trying not to spend almost 2000 to fix the door. its always some excuse or another. We always pay rent on time if not before.
