30 day notice and termites

I received a 30 day notice from my manager I’d lived there for over a year so I know I should have been given 60 days notice, I also had termites the whole time I was there in my patio fence, it was falling apart, maintenance always said they were going to get to it. I have pictures of fence. I was also supposed to recieve 2 parking spots and was only given one. I did move out within the 30 days because I happened to find a place and corporate wouldnt talk to me. Also, by the way I wasn’t evicted, they just served me a 30 day notice they were willing to take it back but only if I would pay the month to month price because they werent willing to let me sign another lease. Now they’re saying it took 1500$ to paint and change carpet and clean. Is there anything I can do because I feel like they took full advantage of me and I don’t feel like I should have to pay that.
