My landlord had my apartment sprayed with pesticides yesterday morning. Spent the night in the apartment after fumigation and had to go to emergency room. Landlord having apartment resprayed tommorrow. Staying at friend’s tonight, but unable to stay there tommorrow. Any suggestions? Any recourse?

Once our leases expire they go to a month to month tenancy. We also have a 60 day notice setup. We had someone challenge this and state that if it goes to a month to month tenancy, we cannot require a 60 day notice, is this correct?
